Payment Pickup Request/Query

When the user wants the payment to be collected from his premises for the renewal, the agent will create a ticket for payment pickup and assign it to PP.

Tagging:

Reason - Payment Pickup

Title - Payment Pickup Request

Status - Pending Partner

SLA - within 48 hours

Template:

Dear Partner

The user called for payment pickup request, with the payment to be collected from their location. The user will be available at his premises at [time]…am/pm on [date].

Please collect the payment and renew the services.

Tagging (in case the Payment Pickup request has been canceled by the ERP):
