In order to save churn and improve customer experience to enable better sales and more users, for every EF ticket that you are unable to resolve >12 working hours (09-09) due to lack of manpower or tools, Excitel shall send one of its engineers to resolve the issue. You are requested to align a helper to help the Excitel engineer in splicing and rectifying the fault. This shall remain on a chargeable basis as Excitel is providing a technical manpower service to help you out.
