No Connectivity (With LED,

 

  Connected to WiFi router


Dear Partner

The user called for the No Connectivity issue

    • Connected through WiFi router. 
    • WAN/Internet Led status - On/Off
    • Changes in router settings - Yes/No
    • Restarted the router
    • No error found in Radius Log

    It seems there is some physical wire issue.

    Kindly Get it Resolve.

                                                                                             No PC/Laptop

    Dear Partner,
    The user called for the No Connectivity issue
    • The subscriber was connected to the WiFi router. 
    • The Wan Light is blinking on the router, 
    • the subscriber did not change any router configuration setting, 
    • The issue was the same after reboot, 
    • Note:-Due to the subscriber does not have any PC/Laptop available, 
    • Prefer Time NA
    •  Alternate No. NA

                                                                                           With PC/Laptop/error 651.

    Dear Partner,
    The user called for the No Connectivity issue

    • The subscriber was connected to the direct wire. 
    • The Wan Light is blinking on the router, 
    • subscriber did not change any router configuration setting, 
    • The issue was the same after reboot,  
    • tried to connect directly it's showing error 651.
    • Prefer Time:NA
    •  Alternate No. NA
