No Connectivity (No LED/Single LED)
Dear Partner,The user called for the Connectivity issue
- The subscriber was connected to a WiFi router.
- The Wan Light was not blinking on the Router,
- the subscriber has Rebooted the Router,
- After rebooting the router The Wan Light was not blinking on the Router,
The issue Issue was the same after troubleshooting. It seems there is some physical wire issue. Kindly get it resolve.
